a) Shop Currency
All transactions on Virtual Support Services Limited calculate in base currency (KES). However, any currency Credit Cards are accepted on the store as long as it accepts payment gateway integrated with this store. USD Currency option has been provided on the VSS Store for currency conversion calculation only, which is set to manual conversion rate as follows. (KES 1.00= USD 0.0092) irrespective of foreign exchange markets all around the world.
Customers are advised to place orders by selecting base currency (AED). Orders placed in USD currency will get processed as per normal process, subject to it meets product price listed in base currency on the store. We have Guest and register options with our website to be able to make easy purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it after 4 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.

Flat Rate for Kenya (max of 3kg): KES 1,00.00 is applicable to Kenya only.
Kenya (max of 25kg): KES 3,000.00, High in volume size items excluded. is applicable to Kenya only.
Free Shipping (In Kenya on min order of KES. 60,000/- ) is applicable to Kenya only.
Local Pickup (Free) is applicable to any country.
International Delivery – (Local Pickup; Choose your own shipping Source) (Free) is applicable to any country
Free Delivery – Electronic License Only (Free) is applicable to any country.
All shipping modes on the website are uninsured. The loss or damage to the Goods on shipping shall pass to the Client upon delivery. However, customers are free to choose their own insured shipping sources for delivery.
Free Shipping Promotion:
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or similar. During the stated period of the promotion, the express terms of any specific promotion override these Terms other than the Special offers and Error sections. You must pay any return freight costs on change of mind purchases; however, we will cover re-delivery costs for exchanges for the first exchange. Faulty items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased were still available. For faulty items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered; we will pay all freight charges for faulty items.

(22) Cancellations by the Customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, Virtual Support Services Limited reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, In the event of we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, cancellation of order by the customer, Virtual Support Services Limited shall refund 70% of transaction amount after deducting the voucher, if any used against such order. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within four (4) hours of making the order on the site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of four (4) hours from making the order. Users with more than one account or availing referral vouchers fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under Kenyan laws and Virtual Support Services Limited reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the site fraudulently. Virtual Support Services Limited reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. The Customer needs to take prior appointment from the concerned merchant before using a Coupon or Deal. Virtual Support Services Limited shall not be responsible in any manner in the event of late materialization of Deal to the Customer arising out of Customer’s failure to obtain prior appointment pertaining to delivery/performance of such good(s) or service(s) as envisaged in the Coupon/Deal. The time period for such prior appointment shall as mentioned in the Coupon/Deal and Customer shall be required to adhere to such time period.
