Return Policy


In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met and subject to Virtual Support Services Limited sole desecration.

Accidents happen. Whether you ordered the wrong part or realized afterwards that you wanted to upgrade, Virtual Support Services Limited offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get your item. Unless it is specifically stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all Virtual Support Services Limited purchases:


General Return Guidelines

In order for any Virtual Support Services Limited product to qualify for a return, you must return the time in 24 Hours of Delivery with original Invoice. Please contact Customer Service before attempting to receive a return. We must verify the goods are in good enough condition to qualify for a return and we will not cover the cost to ship returnable items to Virtual Support Services Limited. All replacement items will be shipped for free to our customers. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold. All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you by Virtual Support Services Limited and the original manufacturer. Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include, but are not limited to, disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media must be returned with the item.

The following Virtual Support Services Limited items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:

  • Accessories
  • Software products
  • Cartridges
  • Toners
  • Any customized configuration product supplies are not eligible for return.
  • Any export purchased are not eligible for return.
  • Any Non local Distributors products are not eligible for return.
  • Special Order


Supplier and/or Manufacturer Restrictions

Some of the suppliers/manufacturers of Virtual Support Services Limited may have restrictions that prevent our customer service staff from processing your return/exchange, credit or replacement request. Any requests for exchange/return, refund, credit, repair or replacement for these items must be handled directly through the manufacturer and/or supplier. These products will not be handled by the Virtual Support Services Limited customer service crew. You can find return/exchange policy information about those particular products by visiting the supplier and/or manufacturer website directly.


Consumable Products

Consumable products will not qualify for a return and/or exchange through Virtual Support Services Limited. Any support, requests for replacement, or issues with these products must be directly handled through the customer support of the manufacturer of the consumable product. Consumable products include, but are not limited to:
• Ink cartridges
• Toner cartridges
• Blank media discs


All items received for a return/exchange are subject to inspection by a Virtual Support Services Limited customer service team member prior to approval of the returns/exchange request. Virtual Support Services Limited reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges on rejection from Virtual Support Services Limited suppliers. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Virtual Support Services Limited and accept Virtual Support Services Limited’s decision regarding the Returns & Exchange policy.


Refund Policy

In the event you would like a refund of a purchase made through Virtual Support Services Limited are subject to sole desertion of  Virtual Support Services Limited and it’s qualification procedure under the information provided in this policy, All refund will be charged irrespective of the condition of the product at a minimum of 30% of the product value after deduction of discount coupon/voucher if any used under the purchase made. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable and are borne by the customer. The refund amount will return in the form of a Credit Voucher and/or Credit Memo. Virtual Support Services Limited does not provide cash or credit refunds. All Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers must be redeemed in the Virtual Support Services Limited store within six months of issue. You can redeem your Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers to buy any items you like that is sold on Virtual Support Services Limited.

Credit Memos and Credit Vouchers will be successful under following conditions;

  • Individual use only; coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
  • Exclude sale items; the coupon will not apply to items on sale. Per-item coupons will only work if the item is not on sale. Per-cart coupons will only work if there are no sale items in the cart.
  • You can only use one discount or credit voucher per order.
  • If your purchase amount is more than your credit voucher amount, you will be required to pay the difference amount when you checkout.
  • If your purchase amount is less than the amount on your credit voucher, you will need to shop more in order to match the same amount.
  • Any balance will not be refunded either in the form of voucher or cash.
